R&M provided predesign studies, NEPA documentation, field investigations, surveying and mapping, geotechnical recommendations and construction documents for approximately 10,700 LF of 24” DIP water transmission main, 1,400 LF of 12” DIP distribution main, the new Hiland Booster Station, and an overhead water truck fill at the Anchorage Regional Landfill (ARL). The 24” DIP is the second and third phases of a three-phase project to provide redundant water supply to Eagle River and lower pumping costs. The 12” line provides water and fire protection supply to the ARL.
