R&M is providing professional surveying and mapping services to develop engineering design level survey base mapping for approximately 12 miles of the Seward Highway from the South end of the Trail River Bridge to 1000’ past the Sterling Wye. The Seward Highway MP 25.5-36 Rehabilitation is a 3R project, funded by the National Highway Performance Program with State matching funds. The focus of the project is primarily on preservation and extension of service life of the existing facilities, with the possibility of adding passing lanes, pedestrian amenities and traffic calming in and around the community of Moose Pass.
