Materials Testing

 

R&M’s Anchorage office complex includes a full-service materials testing laboratory. R&M’s materials laboratory is American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) accredited and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) validated for construction materials testing of soils, aggregates, Portland cement concrete, and bituminous asphalt.

The professional technicians that staff R&M’s laboratory are certified by one or more of the following certifying agencies: Western Alliance for Quality Transportation Construction (WAQTC), American Concrete Institute (ACI), and/or National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET). R&M’s technicians take pride in providing the highest level of materials testing services, and are committed to becoming Alaska’s premier consultant laboratory.
