Warren Garner
Staff Engineer
Warren joined the R&M team in January 2025 after earning his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Alaska Anchorage in 2024. While attending school, he interned with the Municipality of Anchorage and a local civil engineering firm, where he gained experience collecting traffic data using pneumatic hose counters and radar boxes. Warren also worked as a ground hand for Central Gravel Products in Wasilla, where he developed a deeper understanding of construction materials and processes. He is passionate about applying his skills to address Alaska’s unique infrastructure challenges.

What are you most likely doing on the weekend?
Snowboarding, snowmachining or fishing. -
f you weren’t doing your current job, what would be your dream job?
I think an architect would be a neat job. I think I would also enjoy carpentry. -
What is a fun fact few people know about you?
I can play guitar and speak Japanese. -
What are you curious about?
Farming and agriculture, WWI and WWI, and ancient civilizations. -
What are your favorite books?
A River Runs Through It and This Tender Land.
