R&M provided civil engineering, land surveying, geotechnical and construction services in support of the land and airside expansion of the main terminal facilities. Our scope of work included a traffic circulation study, relocation of the inbound and outbound lanes of the airport’s roadway system, a 700 LF terminal curbside bridge, extensions to the concrete and asphalt apron system, an elevated railroad bridge and foundation for the new terminal building. Civil components included building interface, jetway parking, structural section excavation, glass-foam insulation in concrete apron area, storm drain construction, lead-in lighting, fueling system extensions, AOA fencing, fire hydrant construction, pavement markings and signage.
