Chief Executive Officer

An R&M employee since 1979, Len worked his way up from field surveyor to Vice President with responsibility for management of the Surveying and Mapping Department, to Chief Operating Officer, to his current position as Chief Executive Officer. He offers strong leadership and operational knowledge, and has played an important role in implementing the firm’s operational structure since 2002. A member of R&M’s senior management team, Len plays a vital role in advancing the firm’s existing work by supporting the operational departments and leading execution of R&M’s strategic plan.
