Rachael Selby, EIT has been promoted to Staff Planner in R&M Planning Department. In this role, she will support planning and community engagement efforts for a variety of community plans, facilities and infrastructure projects.
Jeremiah Fisher has been named Group Manager of IT at R&M. As Group Manager, he manages the firm’s IT needs and oversees company-wide deployment, operation and management of software and hardware, and IT support.
Brandon Shayan, WAQTC and Katherine Sakeagak recently joined R&M as Staff Engineers in the firm’s Engineering Department. In this role, Brandon and Katherine will assist with planning, design and development of surface transportation and airport infrastructure projects throughout Alaska.

Mike Wariner, PE has joined R&M as Group Manager of Materials Laboratory and Special Inspections. A former R&M employee from 2011 to 2019, Mike has 27 years of construction experience.
