Jesse Nix, EIT
Staff Engineer
Jesse has four years of engineering experience in Alaska. While attending the University of Alaska Fairbanks, he spent his summers interning for the Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF) and a local engineering firm. At DOT&PF, Jesse supported several highway design projects, including the Seward Highway MP 75-90 p and HSIP: CR Curve Warning Signs Evaluation/Upgrade project. He also has experience working on various small structural projects. Jesse has set his life to becoming an engineer because he loves Alaska and wants to help with its future development.

Skiing, biking, hiking, relaxing or reading. -
If you weren’t doing your current job, what would be your dream job?
To design and build my own home. -
What is a fun fact few people know about you?
I don’t usually like eating breakfast, but I love breakfast food. -
What is one skill you are currently working on?
Learning guitar (but I’m slacking). -
