Joe is a registered professional civil engineer with eight years of diverse engineering experience on numerous transportation and construction administration projects. His combined experience in the office, as well as the field, has helped him develop a firm understanding of what is required to create effective design documents that lead to successful construction projects. He has lived in Alaska since he was four years old and greatly enjoys working on projects that contribute to the improvement of communities across this remarkable state.
