Lance has 31 years of experience as a project manager and senior highway design engineer. His design experience includes roadway geometrics, drainage, roadside safety, construction traffic control and intersection signalization. His experience includes a wide array of highway design projects on facilities ranging from high annual average daily traffic roadways to rural highways through difficult terrain. Lance works collaboratively with project team members to resolve differences and develop alternative solutions to continually advance the design. He understands which project aspects are critical and the information needs required by the technical team members.
