R&M is working collaboratively with the City of Valdez to rewrite Valdez’s subdivision regulations, Title 16. The updated Title 16 will align with current practices, environmental standards, and legal requirements. It will create better clarity and consistency in application, improve development standards, and provide standards that align with the goals and policies of Plan Valdez.
As a community changes, so should its regulations. Well-balanced regulations will consider Valdez’s needs, while at the same time fostering responsible growth.
