R&M prepared draft and final ROW mapping, parcel plats, legal descriptions and a Summary of Boundary Problems Report to support acquisition of ROW for a new eight-mile road from the coastal village of Kivalina northeasterly to higher ground.
R&M used historic documents and aerial photography to determine the location of the road at or near statehood with ROW limits determined as an offset from that alignment.
