R&M created a GIS Implementation Concept Plan to guide design, development and implementation of a high-utility, spatially based facilities management system and then worked with UAA to execute a Phase I implementation project for the main campus.
R&M is leading the collaborative development of an updated Comprehensive Recreational Trails Plan including an extensive inventory of the existing trail system, public access and trail attributes documented in narrative and GIS feature classes.
R&M provided geotechnical investigation, condition assessment, environmental permitting, design, bid support and construction administration for a replacement of the Pier 1 dock and uplands facilities.
R&M provided IBC special inspections and materials testing for this 30,000 SF facility. Our services included soils inspection and testing, reinforcing steel inspection for foundation elements, stem walls, slab on grade and structural walls.
R&M’s involvement began with subgrade inspections during excavation for the foundation elements in the new addition area and continued through final completion of the wood framing in areas where the addition connected to the existing structure.
