Founded in 1969, R&M is an Alaska-based, employee-owned professional services consulting firm. Originally a sole proprietorship focused on geotechnical engineering, R&M has evolved into a 100+ person multi-discipline firm to meet the needs of our clients. R&M specializes in cold region design and has devoted our practice to becoming experts in the environmental and logistical challenges that influence designs in Alaska.
